Welcome to The Flat Belly Solution website. My name is Mackenzie Jagger and if there’s one thing I would like to do, it’s to help you look and feel better. Whoops! That’s two things, isn’t it? 🙂 Of course, I hope you already know that our physical appearance is only part of who we are. There’s much more to us then meets the eye! I want you to believe that with all your heart. It’s true, and once you do you will immediately begin to “feel” better… and when you feel better, it shows… and that my friend will immediately make you “look” better.
See? We’re making progress already! It all starts with the belief in yourself. You ARE much more than meets the eye. Your first assignment is to begin saying this affirmation to yourself whenever you think of it.
“I am much more than meets the eye!”
Fantastic! Now that we’ve got that out of the way, we will begin to focus on what DOES meet the eye and that is our physical appearance. Some people as you may know attempt to do this by focusing on the exercise aspect while others focus on the food intake aspect, more commonly referred to as diet. Of course, as we all know, being conscious about both and by working to get them to work together will definitely produce the best and quickest results.
As I’m sure you know, we live in a day and age when instant gratification is ideal and we are more than willing to pay for it. Problem is, it’s not available with all things, and weight loss, nutrition and fitness happens to be three of those things. I once heard a recording by Jim Rohn who said, you can’t pay someone to do your pushups or situps FOR you (or something to that effect). If you think you can buy a flat belly, you should click away right now. I don’t want to mislead you, so I want you to know up front, that although you may be able to buy information that can lead to the results your after, the knowledge you’ll gain is only “potential” power. YOU still have to do something (e.g. pushups, situps, dietary changes) that will produce the results. You still have to implement the advice. You still have to make an effort. Got it? Good.
So the next time you see an infomercial that promises six pack abs just by wearing a belt that creates muscle contractions, save yourself some trouble. Just go to amazon’s search box, type in the product you’re interested in and read the reviews. I’m sure they’ll change your mind within minutes. 🙂

Make Your Body a More Effective Fat Burner
Toning along with cardiovascular work will speed up and improve the process, but don’t think that you only need to work on your abs. This is another grave misconception. The truth is that when you work all the larger muscle groups, adding more mass to your muscles, you rev up your metabolism to heights it has never before reached.
Your muscles need extra calories to maintain themselves, so more of the food you eat will be feeding your muscles instead of your trouble spots. Your conditioned heart (from the cardiovascular stuff) is more effective at burning calories as well, so you have the golden combination there.
As the fat comes off your body, it will come off your belly. Your body fat is like one organ, located throughout your body, and you can’t take it off of just one spot unless you have liposuction done.
Always work your abs at the end of your workout. There’s a good reason for this. You are indirectly using them for all the other exercises you do.
The abs are important stabilizer muscles that keep your form in check. If you do abs first, you will tire them out, and your whole workout will be less than optimal. Work down from the largest to the smallest muscles.
